Locator Connect is a web based application that allows users and companies to create a data base of locations that are relevant to them. Using one of our many integration tools such as our API or iFrame you are able to provide a search interface to your users that will let them search by address, zipcode or their current location. They will be returned a list of results of the locations nearest to them with distances and driving times. This allow your customers to find you faster and increase your business.
Locator Connect works off a subscription model that allows you to sign up and cancel whenever you wish. There are no long term contracts or hidden fees simply view our pricing page to select the package that works best for you.
The number of locations you can have depends on your package that you select. If your business or requirements change Locator Connect can change with you. You can change your pricing level at anytime without any additional or hidden fees. The new billing cycle will go into effect with your next billing cycle. Sorry we do not pro-rate monthly changes.
We provide two different types of integration. We provide a fully customizable set of API results that you can use to integrate your results. The results come back via an XML feed that you or your developer would be responsible for parsing. We have code examples here: to get you started and if you have any questions we would be more than happy to assist. Currently we are only assisting in applications developed with PHP but more soon to come.
The second option we have for integration is iFrame integration. This method is much easier to implement all you need to do is copy and paste the code here and change a few parameters. While this option is much simpler to integrate it doesn't give you as much customization over the appearance of your results like the XML API does.
While we do not currently offer phone support we do actively monitor our support support requests and will typically respond within < 4 hours if received within normal business hours Eastern Time. On certain occasions we may request to contact you by phone after all we want to make sure that Locator Connect meets all your needs.
LocatorConnect makes use of the very secure and popular PayPal network. We charge on a monthly basis to and accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. The billing cycle starts as soon as you signup and occurs on that day of the month every month.
While we realize you have a choice when you select your zip code store locator software we make sure that Locator Connect is simple and easy to use. We provide what you need without all the over kill features that can sometimes make software difficult to use. In addition to a simple and easy to use interface our locator software is very affordable compared to some of the other dealer locator software out there that can cost $100's of dollars a month. That combined with our personal one on one support makes Locator Connect easy to use, affordable and you know you have the support should you ever need it.
Yes! Signing up is free and you can do it here. Once you sign in you can have up to 10 locations absolutely free. Should you decide in the future you want to expand or if you are simply kicking the tires you can upgrade your account and continue to add to your locations. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us we would love to hear from you.
Sometimes companies can make it difficult or convoluted to close your account. At Locator Connect from within your account you can fill out the Service Cancellation form and we will close your account at the end of your billing cycle. Sorry we do not prorate for un-used time during the month. Once an account is cancelled all data will be removed but before we do we will be happy to send you an export in (csv format) of all your locations, who knows you might come back!
